A mentor helping students with a STEM question.

Working with school districts to link industry professionals to STEM participants, nConnect NW supports academic success and helps explore potential STEM careers. Mentors and their small groups meet one to three times per month over a nine month period. All nConnect mentors receive training in topics including working with teens, communcation and facilatation skills; and receive ongoing support and supervision.

“Working with this group of kids was so much fun. They were delightful and eager and appreciative and all-in-all, just great kids. Also, the teachers were great. “ –Mentor
